Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate representing the respondents. 2.

It has been pointed out by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents that the order under challenge in this petition is appealable under Section 35 of the Goa Value Added Tax Act, 2005, Section 28 of the Goa Tax on Entry of Goods Act, 2000 and Section 20 of the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956. The said view is supported by an order passed by the coordinate Bench of this Court dated 06.12.2023 in Writ Petition No.699/2023 and connected petitions.
