Shri Gaurish Agni, learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with a request to expedite the hearing of the Suit.

2. The parties submit that the Suit which is of the year 2012, is ripe for hearing.

3. In such circumstances, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The Trial Court shall decide the Suit as expeditiously as possible and, preferably, within a period of one year from the receipt of this order. Parties to co-operate for the time bound disposal of the Suit.
