Pending the hearing and final disposal of the Revision, execution of the sentence passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Margao on 28.8.2019 in Criminal Appeal no.80 of 2019 is suspended on the applicant furnishing personal recognition bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/-(Rupees fifteen thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar(Judicial) of this Court.
