2. Relief sought in this petition is to direct respondent no.1 to dispose of the complaint dated 23.01.2023 and 08.06.2023 at annexure 'A' and 'B'. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to 28th June, 2024

WP 904 of 2023 the filing of the Misc. Civil Application, the Notice of Site Inspection/Mapping has been issued by the Member Secretary, Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority. It is thus seen that the complaint is being proceeded with and the same will obviously be taken to its logical conclusion.

3. In such view of the matter, the complaint be looked into and appropriate action be taken within a period of six weeks from today. Consequently, nothing survives in the petition for consideration. The petition stands disposed of. Applications, if any, also stand disposed of. No costs.
