According to the applicant the appeal preferred by the respondents herein/original appellants has been disposed of by this Court by its order dated 16.12.2014 and no notice in the appeal have been received by them, therefore, they prayed to permit the applicants to withdraw the amount awarded by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal in the award dated 06.01.2009.

3. Respondents though served with the notice, none is present on behalf of the respondents.

4. From the records it is seen that this Court has dismissed the appeal filed by the respondents on 16.12.2014.

5. Hence, Registry is directed to pay the compensation to the applicants as per the award dated 6.1.2009 passed by the learned

MCA/26/2015 MACT.

6. Application stands disposed of.
