We find that a co-ordinate bench of this Court, of which one of us (M.S. Sonak, J.) was a member, by a reasoned order dated 21.06.2021 had declined interim relief to the petitioners. 29th March 2022

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case set up by the petitioners in the writ petition, we see no urgency to grant circulation at this stage. We, therefore, decline the prayer for early hearing of the writ petition.
