This is an application for bringing the legal heirs of the respondent-Prabhakar Usgaonkar, who expired on 23.04.2016, on record. The proposed legal representatives are set out in para 2.A to 2.E. Indisputably, the names of all these legal representatives are brought on record in the cross appeal. It is contended on behalf of the applicant that the death of Prabhakar Usgaonkar was intimated to the applicant/appellant herein on 08.09.2016 and the application was filed on 17.10.2016, which is within time.

2. The learned Counsel for the proposed legal representatives has no objection for granting the application.
