Heard Mr. S. Shet, learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

2. From the order of the trial Court, it appears that the trial Court has convicted the accused and sentenced to suffer imprisonment for a period of 6 months and to pay compensation for an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) and in default to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of 6 months. Learned Additional Sessions Judge, confirmed such sentence. Hence, present Appeal.

3. Mr. Shet, learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that applicant is ready to deposit an amount of Rs.1,00,000/-, however, he will deposit it in two instalments.

4. In view of the said statement, substantive sentenced imposed upon the applicant is suspended subject to the applicant depositing in this an amount of Rs.50,000/- on or before 30.10.2015 and remaining amount of Rs.50,000/- within a period of 15 days thereafter.

5. The applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing Personal bond of Rs. 15,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.

6. Application stands disposed of.
