Heard Mr. Shivan Desai, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 and Mr. J. A. Lobo, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent No.2.

2. Mr. Shivan Dessai, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 points out that the second appeal may be disposed of expeditiously as the status quo order passed by this Court on 18/12/2013 is gravely affecting the rights of the respondent. Mr. Lobo, however, disputes the said contention and points out that the appellants are members of the concerned Society.

3. Without going into the merits of the contentions of the learned Counsel, the order of status quo stands confirmed, until further orders. Application stands disposed of accordingly.

4. By consent, place the Second Appeal for final hearing on 11th August, 2016.
