Mr. R. Menezes, learned Counsel for the appellant, on instructions, from the appellant who is present in Court seeks leave to withdraw the appeal. Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.

2. Appellant is at liberty to withdraw the amount alongwith accrued interest deposited by the respondent in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Vasco-da-gama.

3. Learned Counsel for the respondent no.1, on instructions, submits that he has no objection for withdrawal of the entire amount alongwith accrued interest from the Court.

4. After releasing the amount, learned Magistrate is at liberty to pass necessary orders as regards judicial custody of the respondent no.1 in this matter as per law.
