By order dated 30 January 2015 noting that the applicants have remained absent on many occasions, application was placed today for dismissal. The learned Counsel for the applicants states that the applicants have taken away all the papers and that he is not contacting him and he has already given his no objection. It appears that applicants are not interested in prosecuting this application, which is dismissed for non-prosecution.
