Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, who states that the postal charges shall be paid within a period of 3 days from today. It is also submitted that the applicant shall, by way of remorse deposit Rs.3000/- (Rupees three thousand only) as costs with the Goa State Legal Services Authority. In such circumstances, the application is allowed, subject to deposit of costs of Rs.3000/- with the Goa State Legal Services Authority within one week from today.

2. The order dated 5/9/2018 is recalled subject to deposit of the costs as aforesaid as also the postal charges.
