1. This is an application for correcting an error that has cropped up in the order dated 20.08.2024 passed by this Court. In paragraph No.6 of the order, it is recorded that the entire compensation was paid and the loan account with the Society is closed. However, the statement that the loan account was closed, according to the Applicant, is incorrect, since the loan account of the Respondent with the Applicant Bank continues to be in operation.

2. The Respondent has no objection for correcting the error. 5th March, 2025

3. Accordingly, the words " and loan account with the society is closed" shall stand deleted.

4. Application stands disposed of.
