Heard Mr. D. Pangam, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners and Mr. V. Rodrigues, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

2. The grievance of the petitioner in the above Writ Petition inter alia is that though an application was filed before the respondent nos.5,6 and 7 in connection with the business activities, no action has been taken based on such application.

3. Mr. Rodrigues, learned Government Advocate upon instructions from the respondents states that the request in the said representation will be considered in case the petitioners deposit the requisite charges before the concerned authority.

4. In such circumstances, Shri Pangam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners points out that petition may be disposed of

WP/838/2015 accepting the said statement made by the learned Government Advocate as the petitioners are prepared to deposit or pay such charges to the concerned authority.

5. In view of the said statement, the grievance of the petitioners is presently redressed. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.

6. All contentions of the parties are left open. Liberty to the parties to apply.
