Heard Shri Kantak, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and perused record.
2. The order of demolition issued by the Village Panchayat, has been confirmed in appeal by the learned Additional Director of Panchayat and subsequently, by the learned District Judge. It is this order, which is subject matter of challenge in this petition.
3. On hearing the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of record and on going through the concurrent findings of the Courts below, I do not find that any case for interference is made. That apart, admittedly, the petitioner has filed an application for regularisation of the subject structure.

4. In such circumstances, the petition is dismissed. The competent authority shall decide the application for regularisation as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of four months from the receipt of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the regularisation application.
