Heard Shri G. Agni, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners, Shri Lawande, learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent no. 1, Shri Dhangui, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent no. 2, Mr. Rivankar, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent no. 4 and Shri S. D. Padiyar, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent no. 6.

2. Upon hearing the learned Counsel and without going into the merits of the rival contentions sought to be raised in the above Writ Petition, we find it proper to dispose of the above Writ Petition by

WP/807/2014 directing the Arbitrator-Respondent no. 3, who is present in Court to dispose of the election dispute raised by the Respondent no. 6 as expeditiously as possible in any event within three months from today.

3. The Arbitrator-Respondent no. 3, who is present in Court, in fact assured the Court that he would try to dispose of such proceedings before the said date.

4. All the contentions of both the parties on merits are left open. K. L. WADANE, J.
