The Contempt Petition was filed making a grievance that inspite of orders passed by this Court and statement made by the learned Advocate General, dues of the petitioner were not paid. The matter was adjourned on 8 November 2017 for the Applicant for taking instructions. Respondent No.1 handed over a cheque of Rs.3,19,546/-, which according to the respondent No.1 was the salary of four and half months. Respondent No.1 has also tendered an apology on an affidavit which we take on record. Though in

2 Cp44-17 dt 22-11-17 view of the handing over of the cheque and tending a written apology, we do not wish to precipitate the matter, we put Respondent No.1 on notice that any such conduct on his part in future will be considered as an aggravated form conduct. We state so because inspite of the clear directions of the Court and statement of the Advocate General, the salary of the Petitioner was not released by the Respondent No.1. According to the Petitioner, there appears to some shortfall in the amount given by Respondent No.1 on 8 November 2017. It is open to the Petitioner to approach the Respondents in that regard. With these observations, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
