Mr Geetesh Shetye, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate states that this Court's directions in the judgment and order dated 15/12/2021 would be complied with by the Special Committee within three weeks from today. Mr Shetye states that the above statement is made based on instructions communicated by the Special Committee members through the Section Officer who is present in the Court. 2.

By accepting the above statement and directing the Special Committee to act accordingly, we dispose of this Contempt Petition. 05/04/23

The Special Committee, in the above eventuality, must file affidavits explaining non-compliance.
