2. This is an application to seek direction to the respondents to release the gratuity as, in the meanwhile, the petitioner has retired from services. The learned Additional Govt. Advocate submits to the orders of this Court.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the interim order which has already been passed, we find that there is no reason to withhold the payment of gratuity payable to the

MCA/842/2016 petitioner. Hence, the respondents are directed to release the payment of gratuity, in accordance with law. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
