It is brought to our notice that the order which is impugned in this petition is the licence dated 3.3.2014. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly does not dispute that the petitioner has an alternate remedy to challenge the said licence before the appellate Authority. In such circumstances, the question of entertaining the petition, at this stage, is not at all justifiable. The petitioner is at liberty, if he so advised, to avail of such alternate remedy, in accordance with law.
