This is an application for recall/review of the order dated 31/7/2018 passed by this Court in Criminal Writ petition no.64/2018. By the said order, this Court has allowed the said petition filed by the respondent/State and while setting aside the order dated 22/12/2017 passed by the learned Children's Court, by which the evidence of the prosecution was closed had granted permission for examination of the Investigating Officer and permitting the petitioner to further cross examine him.

2. On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State and having

CRMA/315/2018 regard to the grounds as made out in the application, no case for recall of the order is made out. In any event, the impugned order does not result into any manifest injustice on the petitioner as the petitioner would be in a position to cross examine the Investigating Officer. In that view of the matter, the criminal application is dismissed.
