Respondent no.1(g) is stated to have died on 08.10.2017 at Myanmar and is survived by a widow, who is already on record as proposed respondent no.1(f) and a minor daughter. By this application the applicants proposes to bring on record minor daughter of respondent no.1(g) as legal representatives. Delay of 524 days is condoned and proposed legal representatives of respondent no.1(g) is permitted to be brought on record as respondent. Since the daughter of deceased 1(g) is a minor, she would be represented by her mother respondent no.1(f). Necessary amendment to be carried out in the cause title within a week and copy of the same

shall be supplied to the contesting parties.

Application stands disposed of.
