This Petition was mentioned in the morning at 10.30 a.m. for listing on the ground that the Petitioners had instructed the Counsel to make a statement to dispose the Writ Petition. Hence, the Petition was directed to be listed at the end of the admission board. 2.

On the Petition being called out for hearing, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners, on instructions of the Petitioners, who are present in Court, made a statement that the present Writ Petition can be disposed of in the light of Writ Petition no. 536 of 2017 being allowed in favour of the Petitioners herein and the Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 7169/2019 filed by the contesting Respondents being dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
