Heard Ms. Asha Desai, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners and Mr. Rivankar, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State-Respondent.

2. Upon hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent, we find that the grievance of the Petitioner is that though a final report has been submitted by the Prosecution on 08.06.2015 to the learned JMFC,'D' Court, Panaji, no final decision with that regard has been taken by the learned Judge.

3. We do not appreciate the inordinate delay in taking such decision by the learned JMFC. But, however, without going into such aspect any further, we direct the learned JMFC, Panaji, to take a final

WPCR/143/2016 decision on the report as expeditiously as possible in any event within one month from the date of receipt of this Order.
