The Applicant/Petitioner apprehend that an ad-interim order will not prevent further steps being taken against the Applicant/Petitioner and therefore, the Criminal Application has been taken out. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, we feel that further protection of the Applicant/Petitioner is necessary.

In these circumstances, the Criminal Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus : (b) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent No.1 not to file a chargesheet against the Petitioner in pursuance of the impugned FIR without permission of the Court pending the hearing and final disposal of this petition.
