Heard Mr. G. Naik, learned counsel for the Petitioners, Ms. Bhandari, learned Addl. Government Advocate for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Mr. A. Kakodkar, learned counsel for Respondent No.3.

2. After this petition was argued for some time, the learned counsel for the Petitioners, on the basis of the instructions from the Petitioners states that the Petitioners, in the present, will be satisfied if they are permitted to make a detailed representation to Respondent No.2 seeking very same relief which they have applied for in the present petition and Respondent No.2 is

WP/1134/2018 directed to dispose of such a representation on its own merits and in accordance with law within a time bound schedule.

3. The learned counsel for the Respondents are not averse to adoption of such a course of action. Accordingly, the Petitioners are granted liberty to make a detailed representation to Respondent No.2. Respondent No.2 is directed to dispose of such a representation on its own merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such a representation. The decision to be conveyed to the Petitioners.

4. In case the decision is adverse to the Petitioners, liberty to institute a fresh petition in order to question the same.

5. With the aforesaid directions and liberty, this petition is disposed of.

6. All concerned to act on the basis of authenticated copy of this order.
