After hearing this petition for some time, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that the Petitioner undertakes not to carry out any construction in the area of 248 square meters shown as parking lot in the proposed development in land under Survey No.407/3B at Village Calapur, until disposal of the application for temporary injunction which is pending before the trial Court. The statement is accepted, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 8th October, 2025

2. In these circumstances, the trial Court is requested to hear the application under Order IV Rule 11 at Exh. D22 and the application for temporary injunction at Exh.D4 pending before it and disposed of the same as far as possible by 15.12.2025.
