Shri Sardessai, the learned Counsel for the respondent, on instructions, states that the respondent shall apply for issuance of four access passes and on such access passes being issued, the respondent undertakes to remove the food items/ perishable items from the subject shop by 5'o clock this evening. The statement is accepted as undertaking to the Court. The appellant shall forthwith issue four access passes on application to that
