Shri. Naik undertakes on instructions to ensure the presence of the applicant at the Police Station for a week, with effect from today to comply as per the Order of 20/11/2019.

2. In view thereof, the applicant to co-operate with the course of investigation and also to assist in the recovery of the weapon of assault. In view thereof, ad-interim relief as granted is made absolute.

O R D E R

1 The applicant is ordered to be enlarged on bail in anticipation of arrest on executing bail bonds in the amount of `25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) and on furnishing a surety in coextensive amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. 2 He shall report at the Police Station for one week, with effect from today and co-operate with the course of investigation.

3 He shall not intimidate the witnesses in any manner whatsoever and otherwise ensure his presence during the course of the trial and on all the dates of hearing. He shall co-operate with the conduct of the case and shall not cause hindrance whatsoever.

4 In these terms, the application stands disposed off accordingly.
