Mr. Rodrigues, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, submits that this petition was drafted by the Petitioner himself. He submits that leave may be granted to amend the petition so as to introduce some clarity. 2.

Having perused the petition, we think that an amendment will not suffice. Instead, if the Petitioner, indeed, has any legal grievance, the Petitioner can be granted liberty to institute a fresh petition, now that Mr. Rodrigues says that he will be involved in the drafting of the same. 3.

Accordingly, Mr. Rodrigues, based on instructions from the Petitioner who is present in the Court, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. We grant leave along with liberty as prayed for.
