Heard Shri P. Talaulikar, the learned Counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.
2. The order of demolition issued by the Village Panchayat, has been confirmed in appeal by the learned Additional Director of Panchayats and subsequently, by the learned District Judge. It is this order, which is the subject matter of challenge in this petition.
3. On hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the records and on going through the concurrent findings of the Courts below, i do not find that any case for interference is made out. That apart, admittedly, the petitioner
WP/514/2018 has filed an application for regularisation of the subject structure.
4. In such circumstances, the petition is dismissed. The competent authority shall decide the application for regularisation as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of six months from the receipt of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the regularisation application.
