Mr. J. Supekar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the above petition, with liberty to challenge the impugned order by resorting to alternative remedy.
The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. In case an application for condonation of delay is filed, the concerned Authority shall examine such an application on its own merits considering Section 14 of the Limitation Act, in accordance with law.
