The learned Advocate General makes a statement that respondent nos.1, 2 and 4 shall consider the petitioner's proposal for counting his past service, on the basis of the material already before them and shall not insist for the service book.

2. Smt. Agni, the learned Senior Counsel for respondent no.3 makes a statement that until the decision by respondent nos.1, 2 and 4 on the petitioner's proposal, it shall not act upon the office note dated 21th June, 2016, a copy of which is annexed at Exh.K to the petition.

3. In view of these statements, Mr. Kantak, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. At his request, the petition is, accordingly, disposed off as withdrawn. All the contentions of the petitioner are kept open. C. V. BHADANG, J.
