2. This is an application for interim relief.

3. As the appeal has been admitted, in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents shall not create any third party right in respect of the subject property subject to the applicant depositing in this Court a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- within one week from today. The amount so deposited shall be subject to further orders that may be passed in the above appeal. The Registry is directed to invest the said amount in a fixed deposit in the Nationalized Bank initially

CA/274/2015 for a period of one year and the same shall be renewed from time to time.
