When the respondent no.3 died, the applicant wanted to bring on record his legal representatives. After filing the application they took out notice to those legal representatives. But notices were returned unserved with an endorsement "incomplete address."

2. Now the applicants have filed present MCA contending that address is complete and that the proposed respondents are living in the same address, but they are deliberately avoiding notice. Now, through this MCA, the applicants want Court's leave to serve them once again on the same address, through the processes of the Court, besides humdast.

3. Under these circumstances, I allow the MCA no.1079 of

MCA/1079/2019 2019. Humdast granted.

4. Application stands disposed of.
