The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the suit property has been sold by the respondents to third party which is in breach of the orders passed by this Court. He submits that the prayer in the present application has become infructuous. He also submits that he will file an appropriate application after ascertaining the names and addresses of the purchasers.

2. In that view of the matter, the Civil Application is disposed off with liberty as prayed.

3. Needless to mention, that the disposal of this application

CA/256/2013 shall not come in the way of the applicants in seeking the remedy of the alleged breach of the order of this Court in transferring the property.
