Ms. Collasso appears for the original respondent in Second Appeal No.75/2018. She points out that the applications today on board were filed in Second Appeal No.75/2018. 2.

Ms. Collasso places on record the Judgment and Order dated 18.09.2020 by which Second Appeal No.75/2018 had been finally disposed of. According to her, these miscellaneous applications will not survive the disposal of the main appeal. 3.

Accordingly, all the miscellaneous civil applications are disposed of as not surviving the disposal of Second Appeal No.75/2018. However, if any issues do survive, then liberty is granted to take out appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum.
