On hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the parties, we are inclined to dispose of the present writ petition as a statement is made by Mr. Amit Palekar, learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.4 that the Panchayat will take action based upon the complaint so filed by the petitioner, as early as possible, and preferably within three months, in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned.
