2. The present application is filed by the applicant for stay of the execution and operation of the impugned award.

3. Mr. Afonso, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant states that the applicant is ready to deposit the amount of compensation as per the award passed by the the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal within a period of 10 days.

4. Hence, execution and operation of the impugned award is stayed, till the disposal of the appeal, subject to the applicant depositing the entire amount of compensation awarded before the Motor Accident Claims tribunal within a period of 10 days.
