The applicants are the mother and the unmarried sister of the deceased.

2. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed as prayed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.20,00,000/- subject to an undertaking that they will bring back the amount if so ordered by this Court. The remaining amount shall continue to remain invested in fixed deposit.
