2. Respondent No.24 has expired and this application is to bring on record her legal representative. The delay in filing this application 9th November, 2023

MCA 15 of 2020 has been sufficiently explained.

3. The Applicant who now proposed to be brought on record is a minor. She has lost both her parents. Therefore, the application is taken out to appoint her uncle as guardian.

4. Accordingly, both applications are allowed. The delay is condoned. Abatement, if any, is set aside. Leave is granted to bring on record the legal representative of the deceased Respondent No.24. Further, Respondent No.25 is appointed as a guardian ad-litem for the legal representative.
