Heard both the sides.

2. The learned Adhoc District Judge-I, Panaji has imposed the costs of Rs.20,000/- and granted the adjournment.

3. I have gone through the records and came to the conclusion that the amount of costs is high and exorbitant and, therefore, it is to be reduced and, accordingly, it is reduced to Rs.5,000/- to be paid to the respondent on or before the next date of the hearing before the learned District Judge.
