None appeared on 17/4/2017, and again on 24/4/2017 and followed on 27th June, 2017. The petition came to be dismissed for default on 27th June, 2017. But, however, the learned Counsel for the petitioner appeared before the Bench on the same day later and explained the reason for his absence. The matter was then restored and directed to be placed for admission. Unfortunately, today once again the petitioner and the Counsel for the petitioner are absent. As such, the petition is dismissed for default.
