This is an application for an early hearing. It is submitted by Shri R. Kantak, learned Advocate for the applicants that the applicants no.2 & 3 are senior citizens aged 61 and 76 years and primarily the applicant no.3 is bedridden.

2. Considering the grounds urged in the application and which have not been seriously controverted on oath, the application for an early hearing is allowed. List the Writ Petition No.39/2017 in the final hearing board of January, 2019.
