In terms of Award dated 30.05.2009, the Respondents have deposited an amount of 30,48,368/- in the Registry of this Court. ₹ Admittedly, the Respondents have not instituted a counter claim in the present Appeal.

This application is moved by the Applicant seeking leave to withdraw the said amount with a request to the Registry to transfer it by way of NEFT.

Heard Counsel for the parties. In consideration of the facts of the case, the application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of 30,48,368/- (Rupees Thirty Lakhs Forty ₹ Eight Thousand Three Hundred and Sixty Eight only) along with accrued interest thereon. The Registry shall transfer this amount in the account of the Applicant through NEFT mode. The Applicant shall provide the particulars of Applicants' Bank to the Registry to enable it to transfer the said amount in the account of the Appellant. 4.

The application is allowed and disposed of. Registry shall make an endeavour to transfer the amount along with accrued interest thereon to the account of the Applicant preferably within three weeks from today.
