This is an application for withdrawal. The dispute was settled before the Lok Adalat in which the respondent no.4/Insurance Company had agreed to pay an amount of Rs.5,20,000/- to the applicant in full and final settlement of the claim. In para 7 of the application, the applicant states that initially an amount of Rs.25,000/- was deposited towards the statutory deposit followed by a sum of Rs.1,53,450/- before this Court. After the matter was decided before the Lok Adalat on 31/1/2015, the balance amount of Rs.3,41,550/- is said to be deposited before this Court. The office has reported that the amount is lying in this Court. None appears for respondent no.4, though served. In such circumstances, the amount o Rs.5,20,000/- shall be released in favour of the applicant along with interest, if any, on proper

MCA/874/2016 identification. The civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
