The appeal is placed on board in view of the Misc. Civil Application filed by Respondent Nos.1 to 4 in the original appeal to dismiss the Letter Patent Appeal as not maintainable. The learned Counsel for the appellants states that he had received instructions to withdraw the Letter Patent Appeal.

2. In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel for the Appellants, the appeal is permitted to be withdrawn and is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. In view of this position, Misc.Civil Application No.274 of

LPA/11/2013 2014 & Civil Application No. 258 of 2013 does not survive and are also stands disposed of.
