The learned Advocate for the appellants have placed on record the certified copies of the proceedings before the Senior Civil Judge, Panaji in Special Civil Suit No.20/2011 confirming that the suit has been withdrawn on 25/11/2016 as also the certified extract of the roznama in CMA No.55/2012 where proceedings were disposed off on the basis of the consent terms. In view thereof the appeal does not survive and accordingly stands disposed off.
