Shri Keny, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition, as the parties have settled all the pending disputes amicably before the mediator and the consent terms are placed on record which are marked "X" for identification. The parties submit that the consent terms shall be produced in the civil suit and appropriate consent decree shall be obtained. In such circumstances, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs.
