2. This application seeks review of the order dated 13th November, 2013 disposing of the Civil Application No.184 of 2013 in Excise Appeal No.3 of 2013. By the order dated 13th November, 2013, this Court, dismissed the Applicant's application for stay of the

2 CAREV20-14dt 04.01.2019 operation of the orders dated 21st February, 2013 and 13th May, 2013 made by the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal.

3. Apart from the fact that none appeared for the review Applicant, upon perusing the grounds urged in support of the review application, we find that there is no case made out for invocation of review jurisdiction. In fact, Ms. Desai is right in her contention that this is nothing but an attempt to re-argue the matter. 4.

Accordingly, this review application is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
